How To Use

Step 1

Wash the pack.

Step 2

Open the pack and add salt if required. The batter is mildly salted.

Step 3

Grease the moulds with oil and use the batter as it is for Ragi Idlies.

Step 4

For Ragi dosa's, add a little water. A lightly greased, medium-hot cast iron or non-stick pan works best for making dosa.

Step 5

A well-mixed batter spreads more evenly, giving you a thin & crispy dosa. Just cook on one side until golden brown and release it gently.

Step 6

Serve the fluffy Rag idlies & Ragi crispy dosa with some tasty and versatile chutney or sambhar.
